Last month, I decided I needed to get off of the couch and move a bit more.  I was quickly becoming a couch potato and it was showing in my waistline. I decided to head to the sporting good store and by myself a bicycle.  I haven’t looked at bikes for at least 20 years and couldn’t believe the different kinds of bicycles that were available.  Since I had no idea what I wanted or needed, I headed back home and started doing some research.  Of course, I used the Internet to find the perfect bicycle for my needs.  I’m not sure I would have purchased the right bicycle had I not done a little research first.

My mom wants to have Laser Eye Surgury which really surprises me. She hates to go to the doctor for anything, including the eye doctor. In her opinion, they overcharge you to do anything. Yesterday I asked her why she wants laser eye surgery and she said her glasses are now costing her a fortune once a year. Between regular glasses, reading glasses and prescription sunglasses, she is putting out about a thousand dollars every twelve months. I can see her point. In less than five years, from what I understand, her surgery would be paid for and she would be saving money.
