Garage storage solutions are simple ways to clean up your garage and make it a much more efficient part of your home. Everything will be in its place and will be much more accessible when you need it. And, remember keep a trash container and a recycle bin handy so that you can continue to keep your garage clutter-free. The next thing that you need to do is to get rid of as much as you can. Then, sort what’s left into categories so that like things are kept together. Try to hang up as many things as you can on unused wall space. Hang items that you use often in places that you can easily retrieve them. Add shelves and/or cabinets to store other things and put as many things as you can in well marked bins or boxes. A less expensive option is to purchase strong plastic drawers on movable carts. If you have a workbench, hang your tools on pegs above it. Keep other tools in a well-organized tool box and small things like bolts and nails in baby food jars.
