Windows Need Replacing

The was an addition added to our house about 20 years ago and the must have put really cheap windows in because not matter how much we insulate, there is still a draft. The only thing we can figure out is that the windows are really bad. I think that wood replacement windows would be better than the vinyl ones that are in there now. They appear to be warped for lack of a better word. I didn’t know that windows could warp like that. The replacement windows we are looking at have a 20 year warranty so I think they will be great.
I need to do something about the keeping the dirt out of the house when the wind blows in the summer. Its really drafty and everything I seem to try doesn’t seem to work. I need to find something. The Foam kits sound interesting.
