There is a wide choice of filling available. If you are using them mainly for decorative purposes you can go for an inexpensive polyester filling allowing you to spend more money on a good quality sham. Silk pillowcases look really great and by selecting a range of designs you can create an overall look for your display that looks really stunning. If you intend to use them for sleeping it’s best to go for a down filling for more comfort. Hypo-allergenic fillings are also available if you suffer from allergies.
I visited England recently on vacation and had a wonderful time. When we were there we stayed with family and it was amazing how different they’re designs are to ours. My aunts house is absolutely full of euro pillows, they’re all over the place. She has a wonderful display all over the sofa and on the armchairs and on the piano stool and has big floor pillows as well. Amazing.
I like the swapping pillows idea as well. This seems such a simple thing to do. I’ve got lots of friends and I’ve often admired the pillows they have in their homes so maybe it’s a great opportunity to talk with them and see if we can set up a pillow swapping club. Thanks for the great tip!
I love your idea of setting up pillows all over the bed in the bedroom and then using cuddly toys to make them look attractive. It’s amazing how easy it can be to change the look of your bedroom simply by doing something as simple as putting in some pillows and a few cuddly toys. My mom will like this idea. She has lots of cuddly toys at home for when the grandchildren visit.
That’s a really good idea swapping pillows, I hadn’t thought of that. Maybe I’ll ask my sister and some of my friends if they would like to set up a pillow swapping group and then we could have all the pillows that we need and use them as we like to suit the different seasons of the year. What a great idea!
I like to make my bedroom look attractive using euro pillows. Like you I got a big bed and cover it over during the day with eight or 10 euro pillows. It drives my husband nuts but who cares. It looks really great to me and that’s the way it’s going to stay. My mom likes pillows on her bed as well and we often swap as we change our designs.
Thanks for giving me this idea. I’ve been pondering for some time how to make my room look fresher especially when the seasons change. I usually change my curtains twice a year and it now looks like having two or three sets of euro pillows will also allow me to change my room style even more.
Euro pillows are absolutely fabulous. I like the big square design because they are a bit different from what I’ve been used to. I’ve used them on my sofa as well and I’ve gone for a selection of silk pillowcases and they look absolutely fabulous. It’s amazing how you can change your room so much just by adding a few pillows.
I bought some euro pillows recently and really like them. I’ve used them in the lounge and they look really good spread over the sofa. My sofa is a cream colored leather style sofa that is very comfortable to sit on but it looked very bland. The new Euro pillows have made such a difference it doesn’t look like the same room anymore.
