The Imperia pasta machine is one of the original pasta makers to be available anywhere outside of Italy. You can find these great pasta makers in many models, including the Cucinapro 150. The original Atlas Marcato pasta machine is a stainless steel hand crank model. this mean sthat you have to anchor it down to your countertop with a clamp because you will need both hands to feed the pasta dough into the machine, turn the handle and cut the pasta as it comes out. It is easy and fun to have somone come over and spend the evening making pasta together, and then preparing a great feast of a meal.
