Surgery Recruiting

So I just finished up my surgery residency, and not I’m trying to figure out what to do next. Of course research surgery recruiting is a serious hassle.
I’ve discovered that Hand Surgeon Jobs are scarce nowadays. That’s a serious bummer – I’d really like to stick with my specialty.
The medical placement agencies just aren’t finding me the type of surgery position I want. I’m at a loss as to what to do next.
