Making change for Katrina

Residency is over, thank God. But I haven’t nailed down a permanent job yet. All my time now has to go to looking into Surgeon Jobs.
I hope I can keep with my specialty, but I’m beginning to realize that Cardiac Surgeon Jobs are scarce.
The medical placement agencies just aren’t finding me the type of surgery position I want. I’m at a loss as to what to do next.
