Legal Secretary – Rewarding Career

Working as a legal secretary can be a very rewarding career choice. It is also very stressful. If you work with a litigation attorney or office that does a lot of litigation, you work longer hours than normal when you are preparing for trial. If, on the other hand, you are doing family, real estate or tax law, you will probably not have to work the extra hours. In order to be good at your job, you need to be detail oriented and be able to proofread every single document you work with. Your job, in essence, is to work at making your attorney’s job easier.
