I get money every month and that it is important to me. I have a lot of bills and it is important for me to meet them. I live alone and times can be hard. I am always going to the mailbox and pulling out the dreaded bills. I have Impaired Life Annuities and I wondered if I could cash them out. I decided I would rather have all of my money at one time. I spoke to the ladies at my bridge club about it. They said I could do it. Then I decided to do it and now I am much happier.

I have decided that I want to branch out into investment real estate. I’m just not comfortable with putting all of my money into the stock market as it seems so volatile right now. Yet, I would like to learn more about this type of investment before I begin. I’ve considered calling my financial advisor to get some Property Investment Advice yet, since I know absolutely nothing about this type of investing, I will do some research first. That way I will know what questions to ask and won’t pay him to give me a general overview. I love him, but he can be expensive.

My brother just called and he wants me to go in on an Investment Property Loan with him. As a result of a horrific car accident, I am now the recipient of two Structured Settlement Annuities. Yet, for the past three months, I have had various companies contact me about converting the annuities into a lump sum cash settlement. I have no clue what the advantages of this will be so I haven’t committed to anything. My accountant is out of town on vacation and I have told all callers that I must speak to him first. I just hope he gets back soon. I can’t remember if he will be gone for another week or another two weeks. I would like to have this settled.
