Project Management Training a Must-Have For Many

First there was PROMPT. Then there was PRINCE. And then, PRINCE2. And now: there is PRINCE2: Refresh. All of these monikers refer to the same basic form of project management that was developed by the British government for use in large scale information technology projects in the late 1980s. Prince2 project management training takes students through the evolution of this form of project management and focuses in how the method aims to help professional project managers organize, direct and manage projects. PRINCE was developed for large scale projects, and many still believe this is the best use of the methodology. But there are those who believe that it is just as applicable for shorter and smaller projects as well.
