My uncle owns a coin shop in the St. Louis, Missouri area. One of the most popular coins that are available for purchase from his shop are his American Gold Coins. He not only sells rare and unique coins, but he also loves to purchase them for his own personal collection. He has three children who have all developed the same fascination for coins. They are able to share the history of many of the rare coins. I am sure that combined, all four of them have a collection that would allow them to live comfortable for the rest of their lives. They have done good for themselves.

Mind Your Manners Mobility Scooter users

29 July 2010

Posted by Penny,

I had occasion today to board a BC Ferry to take my wife & I on a ferry ride from Horseshoe Bay, near Vancouver, to a quaint little town called Langdale, on BC’s Sunshine Coast.

A delightful 40min ride in an outstanding part of Canada, clear blue sky, dead calm, everything was perfect, almost.

You see there were numerous passengers who were aboard that had obvious disabilities, and were in electric wheelchairs, and a couple of elderly gentlemen riding mobility scooters.

I’m all for disabled people getting out and enjoying our beautiful country as much as I do, but please folks, just because you’re in a mobility scooter, you don’t own the place. We were witness to the rudest chap barging into the lineup for the cafeteria, snarling at passengers lining up to “let me through, get outta the way” type commands, and being generally very obnoxious.

We (able bodied) folk have rights to, & you don’t have the right to make our lives unpleasent because you’re upset with your lot in life.

Posted by Diedra,

Unlisted residential phone numbers are now easily available online, usually for free or for a small price. Especially with the accessibility of broadband internet nowadays, the saying that information is now on your fingertips is now almost too literal. All you need is some equipment, a listings site, and the information like phone number or exact name of the people you’re trying to find, and you won’t have to look up local phone books or get entangled in different phone companies’ hotlines anymore. But why do you need to find unlisted residential phone numbers, anyway? Well, one good reason is that you have to know who keeps on calling your home phone, or who owns the unknown number that you’re unfamiliar with but is always on your phone bills. With just some tap in the keyboard and clicks on the mouse, you’ll soon learn who the owner is of the unfamiliar digits you’re very curious about.

A friend of mine works for a credit agency and she was talking the other day about people who use companies to Repair Credit Scores. From what she was saying, you really have to check a company out before hiring them. If you do not, then you can end up spending a fortune only to have them come back and tell you there is nothing they can do. They just don’t want to spend the time fixing major mistakes. Check the company out before committing is her advice. This will ensure you get what you pay for and don’t just get ripped off.

After looking all over the Internet for a business phone service, I have begun to see a pattern of many Small Business Telephone Systems are offered in bundles wiht other useful services. I was only interested in something simple and easy to maintain, but with the attractiveness of the phones and services they had to offer, I had to decline it because they wanted a large deposit up front, and I couldn’t deal with that at the moment.I decided taht the best thing for me to do was to continue to shop around for the best prices and the best service for what I needed.
